Terms of payment
GENERAL RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any rental is subject to terms and conditions provided in the rental agreement, as well as VIVARENT’s discretion regarding Client’s reliability and fitness to drive. All the prices are in euro (€) and include VAT (22%).
DRIVER’S AGE
For all the car groups, the Company requires a minimum of age of 19 years old together with a valid driving license.
DRIVING LICENSE
When picking the car up, the main driver and any possible additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license in their name. The driving license shall be legible and with Latin characters. The driver shall have held a valid driving license for at least 1 year. Photocopies or not clear driving licenses are not accepted. Together with the driving license, the driver shall be in possession of an original and valid Identity card and/or passport.

SERVICE OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOUR
Service outside business hour is allowed and available by request and for an additional charge in some of our branches. In order to confirm the pick-up outside the business hour the office may require additional information to the Customer.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
An additional driver is included in the rental price.
YOUNG DRIVER
For driver under age of 25 a fee is required.

LATE RETURNS
For vehicle drop offs, a maximum tolerance of 59 minutes is allowed after which 1 extra day rental in charged.
EXTENSION OF RENTALS
All extension requests shall be authorised by VIVARENT directly. The customer shall inform VIVARENT before the estimated drop-off time.
CROSS BORDER INFORMATION
It is strictly forbiden to drive the vehicles outside Italy. The possibility to drive abroad shall be authorised by VIVARENT.

You can't travel to countries that aren't listed.
Cross-border fee: € 80.00
Days not used are not refundable. Moreover, in case the customer makes a new reservation and the new rate is lower than the original reservation rate, the amount is not refundable.
